Book lot (4) Breguet related books; a terrific assortment of must-have editions for the student of Abraham Louis Breguet, highlighted by a rarely seen set of catalogs of the historic Christies sale of the Sir David Salomon's collection and also by the superb George Daniels tome - [1] "The Celebrated Collection of Watches by Breguet" catalog of 1964/1965 Christies auction sales in 3 parts, complete with its original mailing sleeve, all soft cover measuring 9.5 inches x 7 inches, part 1 book with some discoloration of front cover at upper-right corner and lower-right corner, part 2 book with some discoloration of front cover at lower-right corner, books otherwise excellent, mailing sleeve with tattering, tears, and handwriting in pencil as pictured. [2] "The Art of Breguet" by George Daniels, 1975 edition, hard cover with dust jacket and measuring 13 inches x 9.75 inches, 394 pages, dust jacket with some tattering and tearing to upper and lower portions along spine, edge of pages with a stain at portion of right side. [3] "Breguet (1747-1823.)" by Sir David Lionel Salomons, 1921 first edition with supplement, 1 of 1000 copies, primary book and supplement both soft cover and measure 9.5 inches x 6 inches, primary book is 233 pages, supplement is 52 pages, spine of primary book with some creases, wear and discoloration, both otherwise with typical mild cover wear and few stains. [4] "The Art of Breguet" catalog of April 14, 1991 Antiquorum auction sale, hard cover with dust jacket and measuring 10.75 inches x 7.5 inches, 479 pages, shows light wear and mild surface marks.
